We make every effort to accommodate the diverse needs of students in group classes, private sessions, special events, and retreats. Our accessibility practices include:
A. Trauma-Sensitive Approach, Invitation-based language,Respect for autonomy and boundaries, No forced adjustments, Options to opt out of any shape or practice

Physical Accessibility & Modification Options, Props available for support (blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets) Customized modifications for injuries, mobility limitations, or chronic conditions, ability to practice seated or on a chair upon request, slower-paced, Yin, and Hatha options for individuals seeking gentler practices, ample time to transition between postures

Environment Welcoming space free of judgment, Flexible entry/exit as needed, Sensory considerations (lower lighting, gentle cues, minimal unexpected noise)Respect for participants’ preferred locations in the room. 3. Website Accessibility
Unity Yoga and Wellness is committed to making our website usable for all visitors.
